My organization is in the biotechnology industry. I have been hired for working in the IT department as an IT Quality Analyst. There is a CEO at the top of the hierarchy in the organizational chart for my biotech firm. After the CEO, there are two Vice-Presidents (VPs) managing the Research & Development department and the Medical department respectively.
